"As He Likes to serve Krsna..."

Everything in Krsna consciousness is practical. According to Srila Prabhupada, everyone has his duty to perform in Krsna's service according to one's natural propensity. Whatever we like to do, what we are good at, we can do that as our devotional service. Not that we are forced to do something, no matter whether we want to do it or not.   In Detroit, a letter arrived for Bhagavan dasa back in 1969 from Srila Prabhupada. I was there with him when he opened it. Srila Prabhupada told Bhagavan das, who was our Temple President, "I am so glad to see that you have developed the art that whenever someone comes to serve Krsna, you know how to engage him as he likes to serve Krsna, not forcing him to do something that he does not like to do. No intelligent person will accept that process."
